- Assists therapists/ patients in scheduling/canceling appointments in person or by telephone
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone
- Answering phone in a professional manner; answering patients’ questions in person or on the phone
- Ensure all patient forms are completed for new patients and ensure completeness and signed by the patient (and therapist);
- Scan patient forms in a timely into patient charts
- Recording and collecting patient charges(co-pay payments);
- Filing and retrieving patient charts;
- Data entry: Reviewing notes/ entering notes into Bridges
- Private insurance authorization assistance as needed
- Several other office duties as assigned
