• Assists therapists/ patients in scheduling/canceling appointments in person or by telephone
  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone
  • Answering phone in a professional manner; answering patients’ questions in person or on the phone
  • Ensure all patient forms are completed for new patients and ensure completeness and signed by the patient (and therapist);
  • Scan patient forms in a timely into patient charts
  • Recording and collecting patient charges(co-pay payments);
  • Filing and retrieving patient charts;
  • Data entry: Reviewing notes/ entering notes into Bridges
  • Private insurance authorization assistance as needed
  • Several other office duties as assigned
